Every disaster that we are encountering is indeed bad because it can affect every human that is considered as weaklings or even the stronger ones because a disaster can effect everybody, even our economy. So it is very helpful for us to have our country a helpful programs or organizations in which, can help us in preventing or even to lessen the casualties in disasters. The buildings, properties and any structures that is built by cements and any other materials, can be change or renew but the lives of the people that is affected from the disasters can be renewed of change so let's us all be careful and let us all be responsible in our everyday life.

This year’s National Disaster
Resilience Month celebration carries the theme “Kahandaan sa Sakuna’t Peligro
para sa Tunay na Pagbabago”. There are four thematic areas namely disaster
prevention and mitigation, disaster preparedness, disaster response and
disaster rehabilitation and recovery.Mitigation in law is the principle that the ones who has suffered loss has to take reasonable action to minimize the amount of the loss suffered. It is the procedures that you need to in order to lessen the effects of the disaster. Being prepared in any disaster is indeed
really helpful because for example; if you’re in a situation that you’re in
danger, you can help yourself to be safe because you know what you can do. There are many Republic Acts that our country is capable of and that is indeed helpful to us. One of this is, RA 10121 which is called the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council that is helping us in every disaster that we are encountering.
